OHP Principle #3 – If it doesn’t work, stop doing it

As Einstein said a sure sign of madness ‘is to continue to do the same thing and expect different results’.  

In Tim Gallwey’s book The Inner Game we are introduced to the STOP tool:

  1. Stop – take a pause,
  2. Think, 
  3. Organise your thoughts,
  4. Proceed to reflect.

Giving you the opportunity to do something different that does work.
