Creating a system to support new changes may not be easy, but it can be achieved in a number of ways:
- Seeking support from friends, colleagues, boss, family (talk to them about changes and specific ways they can support you)
- Developing a routine that works for you (time your new habit when you have control of your time);
- Join groups that help you accomplish your goals.
- Create a productive workspace that is a pleasure to be in – set up the places you spend the most time so they work for you.
