OHP Principle #7 – Set up an environment that supports your new plan

Creating a system to support new changes may not be easy, but it can be achieved 
in a number of ways:

  1. Seeking support from friends, colleagues, boss, family (talk to them about changes and specific ways they can support you)
  2. Developing a routine that works for you (time your new habit when you have control of your time);
  3. Join groups that help you accomplish your goals.
  4. Create a productive workspace that is a pleasure to be in – set up the places you spend the most time so they work for you.
