OHP Principle #10 – Practice reflective learning and maintain vigilance

Reflection accelerates learning and keeping a journal or a log is a key aspect in performance improvement programme program, especially when aligned to a personal development plan.

Use reflection to maintain your vigilance on your new habits to preclude degradation.  Consider Kolb’s learning cycle:

Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle 2018

1. Have an experience.

2.  Reflect and review.

3. Conclude & learn from the experience

4. Plan & try out what you have learned.
