Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) like those found in Coconut Oil, Omega 3’s like those found in oily fish like Mackerel, fruits/vegetables like Avocado and nuts & seeds like Macadamia, Pumpkin, Almond, Flax & Sunflower are high impact fuels for mind and body.
And don’t forget the fuel you are carrying around with you already. Your basic 80kg human will be carrying upwards of 100,000 kcal of energy around with them in the form of adipose and muscular body fat. There is no such thing as a shortage of fuel for most people but you can get better at accessing it.
