OHP Essential Exercise – Burpees

Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor in front of you.

Burpee Step 1 Squat

Kick your feet back to a pushup position.

Burpee Step 2 Extend

Drop down and complete a controlled press up.

Burpee Step 4 Press Up

Return to the squat position drawing your feet in as tight to your body as possible.

Burpee Step 3 Return Squat

Leap up as high as possible from the squat position.

Burpee Step 4 Jump

Build a Burpee Habit but dropping 5-10 before going into a meeting that have to be creative in.
